The edp Foundation is a private non-profit institution, deemed of public utility, created by edp – Energias de Portugal, s.a. and based in Lisbon. It maintains an active policy of cultural production, namely through the maat – Museum of Art, Architecture and Technology. It engages in cultural patronage, supporting institutions and projects in the visual arts, literature, dance, music, architecture, design, artistic education, publishing and documentary media. It has published Electra magazine since 2018.
