Organised within the framework of the Culture and Media course of the Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, and addressed to ESCS students, the session will feature José Manuel dos Santos, director of ELECTRA magazine, and António Guerreiro, editor, who will reflect on the role of cultural journalism in contemporary society. The session will be moderated by Isabel Simões-Ferreira, lecturer at ESCS.

This initiative, alongside others promoted by Electra, is part of an ongoing commitment to engage with the academic community, fostering dialogue between creativity, critical thinking and journalistic practice, and helping to strengthen the link between the academic world and cultural sector.

Electra is the editorial partner of the Portuguese Official Representation at the 61st International Art Exhibition – La Biennale di Venezia, where the theme proposed by the late curator Koyo Kouoh is ‘In Minor Keys’.

Electra has been selected to take part in the Haute Photographie fair, which will run from 25 to 29 March in Rotterdam.

Electra celebrates a partnership with Estado da Arte, the cultural magazine of the newspaper O Estado de S. Paulo.
